I have read The first Kay Scarpetta book. But, I'm still deciding if I want to read the next one. The writing just seemed to put me off a tad. I've also read some of the J.D. Robb books and they are pretty food and the sex is not all that in your face. And the book I am reading now is
The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly by Kim Harrison.
I've read other books were the lead is female. So yes, men do read such books. We just don't read the books where the sex/romance.porn is the focus of the book.
