Okay. My code string for Germany was
INSERT INTO carriers (name, numeric, mcc, mnc, apn, current) VALUES ('t-mobile', '26201', '262', '01', 'smartsites.t-mobile', 1);

Instead of "t-mobile" you can use whatever you want, for example "MobileOne".
Instead of "26201" it's "52503" for you. Accordingly "262" is "525". And "01" is "03".
Instead of "smartsites.t-mobile" it's "mobilenet" for you.

BTW: Has "Spore" been a typo for "Singapore"? Or is this a regular abbreviation, used in Singapore?
