I'm a fairly fast reader as well (3-4 hours for a paperback), and I'm using a 5'' Bebook Mini with no particular problem. At first, I attempted to make the text small in order to minimise page turns, but that ended mostly with me screwing up my eyes, so I've given up and gone to a more normal font size. I have no speed problem even while turning pages at this rhythm.
