An episode, or a story (ie 4 or 6 episodes)? US$20 sounds reasonable for a DVD; the reason to buy the DVDs is all the "extras" - commentaries, "making ofs", interviews, etc. For a Dr Who fan, this is all essential stuff. I have all the BBC DVDs.
