Thanks dream. I wanted to convert my NIV actually. After most of my day, I have become too frustrated too continue. I simply bought a new one from Sony. I am a bit annoyed that Sony sells it for $7 more than B&N, though. That's not cool. If a store has it cheaper on paper, you can always go there and get it. We call that competition. In this case, I don't have a lot of choices. I call that stupid.

I also download the KJV (thrid link) that your provided. That is well organized.

Eventually, I need to figure out how to get all lot of the content I have into my Sony. For instance, I have no idea if my lexicons (Greek and Hebrew) will go into the Sony. I am not even sure the Sony Touch supports those character sets. I have so much to learn...
