I am definitively after a larger device, mostly to read technical books, which more often than not come in PDF are are next to impossible to read on a smaller device. I'm after something in the 9" or 10" range, so it can display a full 8.5"x11" page without using a tiny font, maybe after the help of a margin crop. Ideally with a small bezel, so the device is not too large, which probably means touch screen. And cheaper than what the current devices are sold for. Hopefully sometime this year.
