I have a PRS-505 and while i was on holiday it froze up

Brought it home and followed several tips from this site with no luck

the screen is on the main contents page with the sony ying yang symbol on it.

Full charge does not give a red light. charged for 2 days (psp charger)
soft reset nothing
Hard Reset Nothing
USB connection Nothing on win7, XP or Vista.

No usb means i cannot flash firmware.

Any advice?
