It's normal. Backup is working, but I haven't included the "restore" utility yet. (was too much for a first version) but you can do it, just replace the:
1.1.00.18040.root (Rootfs) and Fsk.img (fsk) files with whatever you want (you will also need to change *.md5 files, they must contain corresponding md5 hash) and then use expert mode.
