Changed shipping address to PO box in Point Roberts Washington and the order went through. Only thing is, when I tried ordering through Amazon, there was no discount. When I placed the order through Car Toys and
paid through Amazon the discount showed up. The only downside for me is I have to pay sales tax in Washington and again when I cross the border, but it would be the same with Best Buy.
