It is exactly the same e-reader and includes full set of accessories. As far as I know other distributors will charge you extra 53$ for these accessories, so the price difference is not so high ( $375 comparing to $352 ) but we can ship the eBook reader just now. As for software it takes 5 minutes approx. to upgrade - simply download from Onyx site to SD card, insert card and all will be done automatically.
