Well, I don't know that I would read it cover to cover (erm, start to finish), but I would flip (erm, click) back through it for the discussion.
And it's a book that talks about medical ethics as they apply to new medical technologies and would likely generate some pretty interesting discussion, so while I wouldn't go so far as to impose it on anyone, I'd encourage them to read it and discuss it.
