My sister was totally hooked on the book when it came out. I think it was her first book she ever read without being talked into it. She slept with the book, took it to school and read it whenever she could. It got so that she could recite from it.
I ended up having 'Auryn' made for her. She still thinks it's the best present she ever got. Well, as we say in German "selbst ein blindes Huhn findet ein Korn" (even a blind chicken can find a seed).
