Dear Laura:

It arrived yesterday and a new one was sent immediately to you after testing the new one fully.

They KNEW Laura would kill me if they delayed.

Here is our rational. You live In Australia. We could have torn down your unit and repaired it BUT... suppose the repair caused another problem to pop up or the repair just was not permanent? Then you would have been so furious you would have really been flustered. We made the decision in 3 minutes... fix later and send you a new one. This cuts way down on the remote possibility of a second problem.

SO... no we do not know yet what was wrong. It WILL be fixed 100% and tested and retested.

ALL we cared about is turning this around for you fast as lightning and pleasing you!!

That may not make fiscal sense; but YOU have been great on this forum and it is smart to reward that.
