Also, you are supposed to drive a speed conducive to the conditions. Just because the speed limit is 70... if it is night time and snowing and you are going 70 you could still be ticket for reckless driving.

True...we have a Driving Too Fast For Conditions on the books...but it works both ways; it's probably a state-by-state thing (as it should be) but in IL we have the Basic Speed Law (yes, it's an actual law) which says simply to go with the flow of traffic regardless of posted speed. If someone wants to do 45 in the slow lane on a 3-wide interstate then they can risk their lives at their leisure since everyone else
should be able to pass them. On a 2-lane, one vehicle piloted by a self-absorbed driver does not have the right to impede traffic. Come to think of it, driving in and of itself isn't a right either, but no one pays attention to that anymore.

Yeah, them too. Get at least one of those a day, and I only go 9 miles round-trip.
EDIT: IL also has a law against obstructing traffic, but as you can guess it's foregone in lieu of drunk drivers which appear to be our cash-crop.
