Those people that do 10mph UNDER the speed limit are usally the ones that are on your butt when you are doing 5-10 OVER the speed limit and then they cut you off, pull in front of you and then slow down to 10 UNDER the limit. I HATE those F'ING people
And my rant for the day- Stupid trains that are are barely 1.5-2" in length and cost 19.99 min because they have THOMAS on it!! Stupid toy companies- that twice the cost of min. wage, for a stupid toy!! UGH! I wish my son would have never gotten into trains..cars are better...and cheaper
