Is there anyway to buy the Neo without it registering that I am an Australian customer? Now that I've made the decision to mailorder from the US, I am not willing to pay the overinflated prices that are available here.

I just posted the following on the Bebook forum:
Australian Neo Pricing
So I was thinking about buying 2 Neos.
I go to the Australian Bebook site: 2 Neos cost AU $589 x 2 (plus shipping - the site won't give me a quote but it's obviously not free) = at least AU $1178 which is equivalent to @ USD $1045. This includes 10% tax, which gives us, before tax USD $950.
I go the the regular Bebook site: 2 Neos cost USD $299 x 2 plus USD $50 shipping (to Australia) = USD $648. I'd buy it through the regular site but as soon as i allow it to see my ip address it jacks the price up to AUD $589.
So there is a price difference of more than USD $300 (probably more like USD $350 after shipping costs) for 2 Neos in Australia.
This is my favourite part: We are proud to announce our new eReader at an introductory price. Is it a super high introductory price? How bizarre..
Keeping in mind that we still have to add shipping to the first number, how is this pricing in any way fair? Sorry, but I'll be buying a Cybook or Sony now.
It'll be interesting to see if I get a response. I'm tired of getting ripped off here! And this to me seems like exactly that - somehow thinking we'll pay more due to the fact we're in Australia. Even though it's coming from NL and they're charging us for shipping.
Also strange, I've just noticed that the Australian site is charging AUD $589 while the regular site is charging AUD $569. Neither price is acceptable though.
