Now if you have seperate HTML files and want to put them together, BD does have a book joiner. Just go to the tools menu and select Join Books. It will only join HTML or text formats.

Thanks NatCh, HTML2LRF does handle multiple HTML files. I will try the BD solution as I want to learn only one tool if possible. I do not have a hole lot of time to convert books, so I will consentrate on only one tool.
