Just wanted to confirm that I received mine yesterday and am about 1/4 through 1984 (been meaning to read that for the longest time). Didn't even install the software yet, just turned it on and read. Very, very cool device--friends at work (software development) are quite impressed by the e-ink display.
What perfect timing, I was just looking into eBook readers, hit up PriceGrabber.com and saw the $99 TigerDirect deal. I couldn't believe it, but there it was.
Thinking about getting in on the $50 deal for the wife with the Sony CC.
