Scion is correct. the iPad, as cool as it is, only has the iPhone O/S on it. The HP Slate will have Windows 7, which is a full PC O/S - and will be much more functional than the one on the iPad. Not trashing the iPad, it *is* a cool device, but comparing the iPad to the Slate is like apples and oranges.
