I wasn't necessarily defending CherryPal, merely commenting that the comments had taken a decidedly nasty and personal turn.

I was also observing that once CherryPal is able to reliably produce units under the terms offered, I think they've got a pretty good potential market.

I think the current status of the situation can be addressed by a quick show of hands:

1) How many MR people have ordered one of these units?
2) How many have received them?

2.1) If you received your unit, did it meet the specs offered, what were your opinions, etc.
2.2) If you have not received your unit, did you get your refund?

Some hard data would be really helpful for everyone.

It has been nearly two months since the product was first offered.

Mel, I just wanted to note that the discussions here are not normally so contentious. Spirited, sometimes...the MR members will sometimes challenge your views and make you really think through your perspective...but this community is really beneficial to the ebook community and I have enjoyed being a member. I'd encourage you to stick around.
