Purple Lady. I apologize for not replying to you. I don't know how we missed your email. I did a search just now , found it and processed the refund about a minute ago for the extra postage your were charged.
There were several people affected by the wall charger snafu. All will be getting them sent to them free of charge when we get them. As Mike said we are working together to resolve that as quickly as we can.
