So of course I looked for information on the Web, and several sources seem to agree that you can plant the seeds in February or March, but indoors of course. But I realized yesterday that I will probably (supposing they grow) need to put them in a bigger pot before I can put them on the balcony, and I'm not sure where in my kitchen I could put them

You've certainly given yourself an early start, it's when/where you will be able to put them until the threat of any outdoor frost has gone.... Mind I need talk, I usually leave it too late and they struggle to mature before the start of autumn.
Now you've got me itching to get started !!!!!!!
