I received my Boox from Dulin's Books with postage due and without the wall charger. I sent an email about this but received no reply - perhaps by posting my problem here publicly maybe I'll get a resolution?

I just got my booxes as well, also without the chargers. My parents were visiting me in Indonesia, so they ordered the booxes in the states and carried them over here for me. When we noticed the lack of chargers, we contacted Dulin's Books, and he is going to ship them to Indonesia at no additional charge. I thought that was great customer service, and I'm sure he'll come through for you, too. It's a difficult time right now, with CNY and product shortages, so I wouldn't worry too much about the delay.
