Can you do that on Sony PRS-505? No, more than likely. I have made Text to Speech for some written books on the Mac and recorded, transferred to the Ipod. Librovox voices are sometimes unnerving, too lound, not consistent.

Do you know about Ipod Nano's and sleep timer?
