My 505 seems frozen. I can get to the main menu but cannot choose any menu selections. It does show updates - I deleted all the books on it. I have tried a soft reset and have tried multiple times to do a hard reset but cannot get it to appear. I followed the directions sony gave me.

Any ideas? I suppose if I need further service, I am going to need to send it in?
