The main problem with ALL anti-virus and firewall-type software is that you have no choice but to use one or other of them. They all interfere with what you want to do, they all take up too many resources.

Having said that McAfee, Norton, AVG all drove me to distraction years ago. I switched to Kaspersky Internet Security about 3 years ago. KIS is also huge, but MUCH less annoying than the others. It is also a good price and the support is pretty good.

I've no plans to change (when I used the others I was ALWAYS looking for an alternative).
