There is a tomb raider port, which is apparantly very good (I haven't bought it.... yet). People are running Warcraft on PPC's with Dos emulators now. Age of Empires is also available as a direct port.
Battery life is my biggest bugbear too. If only battery developers could keep up with the chip makers <sigh>
