Surely a better measure for the Winter Olympics would be number of medals won per average snowfall?
i.e. Norway/Switzerland etc get a s**tload of snow every winter so get a relatively low mpas (medals per average snowfall) score - if Ethiopia or Kenya win a medal, that is much more impressive (imho).
