I am currently working on a thriller set in Belize, and have submitted a short story called "Un-resurected" to Cliffhanger. I think if they were going to pick it up I would have heard by now. If I don't hear by the end of the month I may work on 2 more stories to go with it and release it myself as a collection of shorts. It's 8000 words and is about a woman who treats her college proffesor husband badly, cheats on him, lies etc. Anyway she dies and the angel of death gives her an opportunity to make up for the things she did while she was alive, but although her intentions seem sincere her true nature comes through in the end.
