Last night I played around with the Reader some more and I believe I may have a faulty unit.
I was finally able to download a couple of books. I did not put them into any folder, so on the main menu, they are listed as #4 and #5 (#6 is the User's Manual). I can open #4 and #6 but nothing happens when I press the #5 button, same as when I try to set the date and time.
I think the #2 button is also not working because I've tried it in various menus and nothing happens. The "Digital Editions" won't open and when I was reading one of my books last night, I opened the 'go to' menu and nothing happened when I pressed #2.
I plan to call Support in a little while unless one of you wonderful and very helpful forum folks has a better idea.

Do you have a stuck button? All presses should feel similar (a little click).
