@angelbleu Thanks for that. I tried to download again today and this time it worked. I pulled two books from my archive and everything is working just fine.

Yesterday, the download timed out and gave an error message.
Amazon Customer Service also confirmed that it is not available to non-US customers.

Thanks to your post, I have it working now. Great.
