Please do the suggestions by those above. Do not get frustrated again. You can call Tech Support tollfree, Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. PST at: 1-866-368-8788 or email: support@astak.com. These people are friendly and can walk you through this.

First priority is to charge 100% (8-12 hours)

THEN, do the latest firmware upgrade (www.theEZreader.com under "support").

The FAQ sheet will tell you how to be sure you are charging correctly and how to do a Firmware Upgrade.
