Please let me know if this is a known issue with the nook or something else that could be wrong.

I am using Calibre to convert from .prc to .epub. If I use Mobipocket to create the TOC or calibre the very first item in the TOC always goes back to the Cover Page instead of the "Acknowledgments" which is where is should go. This only happens on the nook. It works fine on the Sony Reader as well as Adobe Digital Editions.
