The Kindle DX might be an alternative to the PRS-900. It does not reflow and the only zoom it has is autocropping margins, but it has a larger screen to make up for this. Its downside is very poor PDF feature support, e.g. no table of contents and no annotations.
There are going to be several devices using the SiPix 9" screen coming out as soon as this is available (April?). See the Hanlin A9 in the
E-book Reader Matrix as one example.
