It's definitely a confusing situation. They would have had to have contracts for access and distribution in place prior to the general announcements which would make me think they just continue to have issues in getting the pipeline filled. However, it's always possible that those contracts had certain performance criteria such as timing of product, etc. I guess we won't know until it actually starts shipping, but this just gets more strange with each passing day.
