I like my Nook, from the beginning, but there were a couple of things I wasn't all that happy about. I do not shop at B&N, I am a fictionwise shopper to the tune of about 900 books. So when the ebooks went into the secondary library I wasn't too surprised, and most of the titles were gibberish. However, just started at the first entry, read it and went on to the next. Then I decided to let the company upgrade the new software update, left it on, powered and plugged in. Happy to see the update was there and to my delighted surprise all my fictionwise ebooks are titled, and in order by title and when I decided to check out the dictionary it worked like a charm on a word that was a bit obscure.
I still miss the ability to delete those ebooks I have read, and I mean using the ebook commands to remove them not by going to some program to remove ebooks that is either based on the computer or at the B&N site. I am over the I cannot read without an external light since that is the norm now days.
All in all, I am very happy with the Nook, perhaps they are listening to us.
