Check that Book Cleaner actually has the 2 profiles loaded and that you have oe converted to qqqqq and qqqqq converted back to oe. That's what I have. But sometimes Book Cleaner can lose it's settings and you may not know other then looking.
One other piece of advice, I set my language to German before I load in a book. And if I have an HTML0 file that's not german, I change the the settings and change what needs to be changed such as German as the language.
