Not to proselytize, but you are exactly as strong (or weak) as you want to be. HT and I just pretty much bulldozed through it (with support of course), hundreds of others do it every day.
Actually, your biggest problem might not be quitting but realizing what your house smells like once you've actually quit, if your husband continues.
