The lyra light is functional but not wonderful. The rubber pads it uses to grip the nook are a very hard rubber, and tend to slip if the Nook is jostled at all. The plus is of course that the light is meant for the nook, and clips on without obstructing the screen.
I will eventually replace the rubber pads, and then I believe the light will be as good as possible. Personally I don't understand the appeal of the two-light models. They simply eat batteries at twice the rate. On the other hand, I have been reading books in dimly lit rooms all my life, so maybe I'm not as particular as others.
