Grace, if you are ambidextrous then you have an advantage, therefore the procedure needs to be done x 2 with both left and right at the same time! I actually tried this myself and had enough trouble getting both feet to circle clockwise simultaneously, let along try the number 6 writing with both hands. Eventually when I got it to work, I still started to go anticlockwise with my feet. I won't be trying this again soon!
