That's quite a great summary of all of the above and I go for that too as many here.
One more reason I wouldn't buy a fiction paperbook, especially a HC, with the ebook given with it is that it keeps the illusion that the ebook is not the book and should be treated differently.
The author work is still here, so is the editing (theorecally), it's a book. It's not a collateral advantage of the "real" thing. Since it's part of the probleme of the actual "ebook probleme", I would'nt support it.
