All was fine until the last hour - and then she decided it was time to give me heck. If our grocery manager hadn't talked me down, I'd have walked out.
Then she called back after she left tonight, asking me "do you have issues with me?" Since she won't be back, and since I was still on the clock, I lied through my teeth and told her everything was cool. It wasn't, and it isn't, but hopefully I don't have to deal with it anymore.
I'm the type that falls apart after everything is over with. So I'm sitting here in tears wondering how I could have better dealt with the situation.
Sorry! I feel for you! Literally I'm in a similar situation that I've been dealing with in some ways for the last three years, but has been in stasis a bit because there have been managers and situations that have managed it, but now the upper management saw fit to make the person my boss and after much thrashing about -- talking to managers and HR etc -- I've concluded that the only answer is that I must find something new.

Again I'm sorry, but I think your situation is going to get better now. I hope so anyway. It is always difficult and sometimes dangerous (as in that and my situation) to express the truth.

Here's hoping things are better tomorrow!
