I might go for it in case its one of my favourite Authors, whose pBook i want for my collection or its a book which I want in pBook for easy reference.

Otherwise there is little incentive for me to get the pBook as I have a hard enough time keeping track of and getting rid excess in my current pBook collection that I would want to add to it.
