I'm just a little bit north of Seattle (SE of Mt. Vernon) and we had over 3 feet of snow last year - couldn't get our 4wd truck out of our driveway for over 3 weeks! I'm perfectly happy with the mild winter this year (even though I do love snow), and I really feel for everyone having to deal with such extreme weather conditions.
