Conversion problem from PRC to anything

I picked up a recent free Kindle book on Amazon. (This one to be precise.) I noticed it had an embedded font. I thought I'd try to convert it to a different format to see how that was done and have discovered I'm unable to do so.

I don't believe there are any DRM issues with this file.

I receive the following error from Calibre 0.6.38 when trying to convert to ANY format. Thanks for any advice!

Code:
ERROR: Conversion Error: Failed: Convert book 1 of 1 (youngpeople.prc)
