lol awesome. That's what I love about the Onion, they have a knack at making popular culture look ridiculous.

"New Device Desirable, Old Device Undesirable" rings too true. I look forward to a time when we have devices that don't need replacing frequently. My TV is at that point now, a 40" LCD I don't care about new ones being slightly cripser or OLED or 3d. Keeping this one until it breaks.
