I have an ice machine that circulates cold water through a leg wrap. it stays cold for about 4 hours, the first 45 minutes to an hour are AGONY!!! and oxycodone. not enough I believe. I have self prescribed chardonnay and the occasional cognac (yeah yeah I know)
