Just a matter of how precise the writing is and how well the apps support it for what I need to do.

But yeah, there is some chance the iPad could end working for what I need if writing is very precise with a 3rd party stylus and there are apps that cover all my needs--highlighting and note scribbling in PDFs, word documents and books, a note pad program etc.

So I'll definitely be keeping any eye on what happens on that front for sure.
