AFAIK, it syncs with Outlook, but not OTA. There is no support for corporate email solutions, but Apple is allegedly working on it.
I'm not sure how suitable it will be for heavy emailing and corporate access without a hardware keyboard and enormous popup letters showing your passwords to anyone who happens to wander in your vicinity...
