I formerly had a sony 700. I have used both primarily for editing my own writing, so I have just now, some 8 months after my first purchase (the 700) downloaded my first novels. Adobe has listed my 700, my computer, and a 600 that it does not recognize as the same one when I plug in my 600. I'm certain the adobe people have to wipe out the 600 that they recognize so I can re-try the process. How in the world can I make that happen?
